Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Vellor. This policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed before 10:00 PM (UK time) on a business day begin processing the same day; orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Shipping option, times and cost

We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Standard Shipping — 7–12 business days — FREE

The 7–12 business day estimate is the total time from order to delivery, and already includes the 1–3 business day processing time described above. Estimates may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs, weather or public holidays.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to update.

Where our products come from

Vellor selects and curates its home décor from carefully chosen international suppliers — we do not manufacture the products ourselves. They are shipped directly to your address in the United Kingdom, which is reflected in the delivery estimate above.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at contact@vellorhogar.com.
